Bolt Pattern Conversion 5 on 135 to 6 on 135

I'm new, like literally just created an account just so I could see what people's thoughts were on changing the bolt pattern for the 97-03 f150 from 5 on 135 to the 6 on 135 that the newer f150s have. I was looking at adapters, but I just don't feel "safe" with them, so I was wandering if anyone has any knowledge on how hard, or roughly how much it would cost, to convert.

Probably because of the lack of wheels available in the 5x135mm bolt pattern.
I think a better option would be to have wheels custom drilled.
