the gear broke loose from the rest of the regulator, it was spot welded on. Checked with dorman products, they don't make them, Ford is telling me they can't get them.
I have a friend who can probably weld it back together, but I would think someone makes replacement rear window regulators for the early SCREW's?

 

Pull a used one from a Expy.
