went on vaca, truck was parked for 8 days when i got home, as i drive the truck it started making a grinding noise

took it to the dealer - they had it for 3 days and they had found something had chewed up some vacuum lines and the hubs were trying to engage

i had the extended power train warrenty and they only charged me $112

oh well it could have been worse

 

time to get an IR scope -
