I got the information from Owners Connection. As a Ford owner, you can sign up on the ford site and ask basically worthless questions.
I asked to receive information about what radiator my truck should have, gave them the VIN, build date, everything, and they said you have to go thru your dealer for that type of information.
If I have a question like "which color is prettier" I may use the service again, otherwise it seems useless to me.

I had to call 3 times before I was told that they would send me the blanket. The first time they told me that it was for Lariats only. The second person told me the same as the original post. The third time the guy tried to tell me that there was no such blanket. I told him he was wrong and he better check again. After he put me on hold he came back and said that he has ordered the blanket for me and that I should recieve it in 4-6 weeks. I guess I will wait and see whether he just told me that to get me off the phone.

Well, well, well, I also contacted Ford owners connection (after reading the originator or this topic post). They told me that because I purchased my screw through the A plan, I am not eligable for for this, or I guess any customer appreciation packages.

Oh well, I guess with what I saved I gan go out & buy my own damn blanket! :-)~

Does anyone have a picture of this blanket? I doubt I'll get one since I purchased used but I'd like to see what I'm missing. Anybody want to sell theirs?

Some of you guys are . . . well . . . NUMBSKULLS!!!! I mean jeeeesuuuusss -- you just bought a 30k dollar car. Buy your own dang blankie!

Worse yet, don't say "it's the point". Because if we want to leave the silly, but at-least-it's-rational argument, that "They look good and I want one" and go to the wholly you've-lost-your-mind-and-need-to-get-out-more realm of "It's wrong not to send me one, for x y and z reasons, especially when you did send them to Joe and Suzie Blow", then you've REALLY lost any credibility of being a grown up.

BTW. This is coming from a guy who thinks we ought to fight tooth and nail for what we paid for. Just not for the perks -- the gravy and good will gestures. I mean come ON, People -- think how you would feel about people, when you went out of your way to give a complete surprise, unwarranted, FREEBIE, as an unnecessary gesture of thanks, just to find a small pack of hyenas who tried to turn this good-will gesture into a BAD thing, just because, for one reason or another, they didn't get THEIRS.

Sorry folks, but people like that make would-be gift givers ask themselves, "Why bother?"

Craig, one possible reason why some of your fellow Ford F-150 truck
enthusiasts may not have received their blanket is that they may have
provided us with a P.O. Box as their mailing address. Unfortunately,
our vendors do not send gifts to P.O. Box addresses.

Also Craig, only individual retail purchases are eligible to receive the
SuperCrew blanket. Business retail purchases, individual lease or
carpet lease along with AXZ Plans are not eligible for this incentive.

We ask you to verify the above mentioned information with those members
that have not received their blankets to date. For those that are fully
eligible for the blanket incentive and have waited 8-10 weeks, we invite
them to contact us individually.

If they would prefer to provide this information over the phone, they
may call us toll free at (800) 392-3673 between the hours of 8:00 a.m.
to 11:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, Eastern Standard Time (EST) and
9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Saturday, EST.

Hearing impaired callers with access to a TDD may reach us by calling
(800) 232-5952.

Craig, we value you and your fellow Ford truck enthusiasts as customers
and wish you all continued driving enjoyment and satisfaction with your
Ford F-150 trucks

Sounds like a heckuva deal to me! My Screw blankie cost me $28,000, and the shipping charges were definitely more than UPS.

Mick stated that My truck definetly qualifies for the lil blankie promotion, But I do not becuase I purchased through the Z plain. I said that is fine it just seams odd they would want to exclude a certain type of buyer from a promotion that does pertain to the vehicle said person purchased>>> oh well no big deal I thought I would give it a try , nothing ventured nothing gained.

pretty chicken sh%^ isn't it?

Expedition guys get sun glasses
My wife got two nice folding chairs for the Sportrac

but if you spend $30K on a S"crew and don't buy a Lariat retail they screw you out of a damn $20 blanket.

If 50,000 S'crews each got the blanket it would cost Ford $1,000,000. In my mind a better investment in customer service than anything else Nassar has come up with.
