Roped all of you in with that topic, eh? Contrary to what you may think, my question is about a noticeable buzz or slight vibration feed back in the accelerator pedal of my Screw. I have the 5.4, so I don't know if this is a characteristic of the 5.4 only, or whether the 4.6 behaves the same way. The vibration can be felt only intermittently. and I can't nail it down to road conditions, hard acceleration, RPM's etc. Not a huge issue, and if the Ford powertrain feels that way, then so be it. Could it be motor mount problem? I thought that I noticed the same tendency in a Windstar that I test drove last year.

I just thought that I would give the forum a chance to respond before the dealer Service Manager tells me: "That's just how they are."
