I have been trying to disable the auto locking door feature, a real pain, my .02 cents. The manual lists two ways to do it, niether has worked. Has anyone out there done it sucessfully?

Did you use the key method or the keypad on the door?

 

I used the key method and i got it to work the first time. Make sureyou read the directions carefully, it's a little tricky.

I was able to do this with the keypad. Was fairly simple - just followed the directions. The only thing - you must have the little card that has the original factory settings for the keypad and punch in that 5 digit code. If you put in your own personal code that unlocks the doors - that won't work. If I remember correctly, if you do the process right, the horn will honk at you.
