I dug through the past posts here and found information on towing mirrors extensions. It seems most have ordered a model CTM 11600 for their screw.

I called to place an order at Central 4wd and the salesman wanted to call **** to be sure of the model number.

They told him that the mirrors for 2001 are slightly different and that they do not have a mirror that will fit a 2001 Ford F150 (electric or manual) yet! What the ___?

I called **** and got exactly the same story. This just doesn't seem right to me. Does anyone know if there is some subtle difference between the 2001 and 2000 mirrors? They told guy at Central that the difference was minor to but would keep the old mirror from working.

I have used my **** mirrors on my 2001 Supercrew and they fit fine. I bought them in 98 and used them on my 98 XLT Supercab and have used them on a 98 Expedition as well. If you have a Lariat with the Signals in the mirrors they still work but the signal gets covered.
