Question meeting customer rep, need concise info if possible

I'm meeting with the Ford customer service representitive next week to discuss the wrong radiator issue and some transmission concerns. Does anyone have the radiator information gathered in one place? I've got bits and pieces from here and there but it's very disorganized and a single document or two would be nice to present in a meeting.

Folks interested in the radiator issue please see my other post that I will get up later today when I have the information in front of me but as of a May 4th of this year newsletter to dealers the radiator upgrade is not part of the cooling system upgrade.

Thanks to all,
Hu

Terry,

Specs are subject to change however the courts will take a dim view of a two year old change that isn't documented and "specs subject to change" does not cover alternating between two substantially different parts, using two different parts if the package is ordered separately are as part of another package, or claiming a radiator upgrade and the standard and "radiator upgrade" carrying the same part number. At least that is my opinion and I have heard of judges rendering very similar opinions. I really think that if it ever came to a class action suit most of us with the wrong radiator would win easily in a courtroom.

I ordered a screw and it just came in last week. 5.4 and tow pak. Wrong radiator. Guy I ordered it from was a friend, this radiator crap has caused a real problem between us. He says Fords position is that it is correct and specs are subject to change. The funny thing is that they ordered the correct one and will installing it today. Does that make any sense? Ask your engineer. I have worked on cars for a long time and have towed for about 13yrs. I have had 5 Ford trucks with the tow paks. I know what a tow pak radiator looks like and these new ones are pure cost cutting, just like how they changed the trans on the 5.4 and went to the lighter 4r70w instead of the e40d or the new name of 4r100. Good luck, Terry.
