regional customer rep?
After getting nowhere with my dealer regarding the radiator issue, another dealer told me to call the generic 1 800 ford number and demand to set up a meeting with the rep. Either you or your dealer can do this. You can set a meeting anywhere, the dealership, another dealership, restaurant etc. as long as within the regional coverage area. I'm gonna do this tommorrow. See how it works.

Who was your dealer?
I was dealing with Bohn Ford in New Orleans, and was basically getting the run around from them too. I wrote letters to BBB (Better Business Bureau)and even called the 1800 number for Ford. Got the run around, finally about 3 weeks later, Ford drops me a post card saying that they have been trying to get in touch with me!!!! No voice mails, no letters, nothing! I think it was an automated response that they send out when no activity has happened on a complaint.
Finally, after calling the owner, Bobby Bohn, I got some response, but I must have sent 10 letters, and made about 25 phone calls.
If you want to e-mail me to share war stories, or anything- noladave@telocity.com.

I've been through quite a bit fighting a lemon law case with my OLD truck. I'm not going to get into details again here, but see the thread https://www.f150online.com/f150board...ML/002583.html for more information.
You all are welcome to contact me via e-mail if you would like to know exactly what I've done. I also have some Ford e-mail addresses, phone numbers, etc. that you can't get anywhere.
Good luck!

Sorry for a slow reply. I must have missed checking the box or something. I'm not getting e-mail notification of replies. I'm contacting several guys by e-mail and considering what others have said. Sounds like I got BS from Ford customer service.
Some things I like about my SuperCrew but the hassles are starting to make me wish I'd bought a GMC or even a Dodge. I got good service out of both in the past.

My advise is to find another dealer. Do some research at NHTSA.dot.gov and fill out a complaint form. This way, the government will know about the problem.
Other OEMs aren't any better. In my experience, DaimlerChrysler is far worse. I'll NEVER own another piece of their crap.
If Ford tries to tell you to settle the matter with your dealer, ask them why they have DSMs on their payroll. Their job is problem resolution. I know, I used to be a DSM for a Heavy Truck OEM.
Good luck.
