Why no rear head rest on my Lariot Screw? 2001
I was wondering,why I am seeing Supercrews with rear headreast .and I have only had my Super Crew for about 60 days and it doesnt have headreast is it because of leather seats??? lariat package?, how do I tell what generation my Screw is ?

The Generation 1 did not have the rear headrests. That is the one you have. Hope this helps.

Well , That did help after reading all the post I guess I have a gen-II due to the Dark-Green paint and auto headlights and leather wraped stearing wheel. It really didn't matter that much to me , I really love the truck it is a hard loaded 4x4 5.4 lariat with leather interior (no rear headrest)keyless (keypad) entry as well as remote entry power moonroof cumpas/tempguage and 6 disc cd changer , have the bed extender and just ordered a color matched A.R.E hard tanau cover $719.00 thinking of doing a bedrug to go with. have read some good things here on F150 on line about them.
I bought the truck of the lot on the FORD A plan sticker was just a tad shy of $36,000 but I drove it off the lot for under $30,000.
I have been very happy. there was one small paint defect , that at first had me a bit upset!, but now the only time I even give it a moments thought is when I hand was the truck I say oh yea there you are , and I just keep going, I will not let the dealer repaint this small spot , I figure they would only make things worse! this will be my third brand ne ford , have been very happy with all of them
