Do the factory installed S'Crew CD players (Premium stereo w/ 6 disc changer) have preamp outputs?

 

NO!

 

You can buy a converter that taps the rear speaker wires and gives you RCA outputs. Still I reccomend going to an aftermarket head unit. Eclipse 7301 *mmmm.... overpriced but beautiful* (in homer Simpson style groan)

You will need to install a line output converter to hook up an amp to your factory radio. You can go out to crutchfield.com than click on car accessories then look for line output converter. Their prices are a little high for the converter but this way you can get an idea of what you will need.
