How would I get a phone# for someone in customer relations with Ford? My SCrew has spent 17% of its' life in the shop and the rest of the time waiting on parts. Meanwhile it still has an irritating vibration from 57 mph on up. I don't feel right making payments on an expensive vehicle while I drive a cheap rental or have my wife haul me to work. This has not been a pleasant experience! Thanks in advance.

hope that does not seem to dumb of a question.
Your dealer has to put you in contact with her, (its a hot woman here in texas) and she will help you. If that is not what you want to do, go the the FORD website, they have all the info there.

 

Thanks for the thought.....I'm giving them one last chance to figure it out before going up the line and thought I'd be ready. I don't have any gripes about the Ford dealer here because they are trying....it just seems to be an incurable problem. I'm ready to try another truck.
