Angry Radiator, Tired of FORD run around

Folks, I am tired of trying to get my radiator replaced. I don't if I am being lied to by the dealer or not and don't care. I have filed the following compliant with the Federal Trade Comission. The same compliant is being filed with the Idaho Consumer Protection Agency and I am seeking legal counsel. A person should not have to demand delivery of what they already paid for. Complaint to FTC:

Ford Motor Company is selling F150 pickups with a Class III trailer towing option package. Included in the option package is a "Super Engine Cooling (radiator upgrade)." The trucks since 1999 have not been shipping with the radiator upgrade. The website www.f150online.com has extensive information on this problem. Some peoples radiators are being replaced without a problem by dealers. Others like myself are being told that "I don't need the radiator." "Ford changed the package in 1999 but hasn't updated the sales documentation." "Ford can change the build sheet whenever they like." Current build specs. can be found on fords website http://fordtruck.fordtraining.com/cg...17&buttonid=4. They are still advertising and selling this option in dealerships and online. It is my position that if Ford wants to change the specs and not offer the radiator, they should stop advertising and selling that part of the option package. Please view the web sites listed or contact me for more information.

a better link would be http://www.fordtruck.fordtraining.com. Pick sourcebook for the f150. Then specifications and looking down the page under cooling. Also do a search of all of the message boards by "radiator" (no quotes). A lot of very good people have done research and posted findings that will be useful to you. Please let the list know what radiator you find. The information strengthens everyone elses case for replacement.

regards
brett
