I have 6" Fabtech and 3" body and I had to trim the plastic part of the bumper, but not much for 38's.

Mine is just leveled and I ran 37's. I did have to trim a little bit of the plastic on the bottom of the bumper and used a 1/4" spacer to keep from rubbing the frame because of the factory wheels. I believe with 9 inches you'll be fine.

If anything you might have to trim part of the bumper valence, that should be all. Mine dont rub, but I have 2 extra inches than what you will have

Definitely going to have to trim the front plastic valence a little. Depending on the width of the tires/backspacing of the wheels, you may need to trim the tabs on the lower control arm.

yup, only thing that needed trimming was the front valance. My rear tires rub a little too but only when I have the truck at an angle, such as going into a driveway.
