Question GRILLE GUARD/BRUSH GUARD

Hello
I just ordered my 2001 SuperCrew XLT in the Silver Clearcoat and was wondering what Grille guard/Brush guard to get: Stainless Steel or Black Powder Coat. Not sure which one will look best? Does the Black Powder Coat rust?
Thanks for the help!!!!
Dave

I just installed the Black GoRhino brush guard. Had the same one on my Expedition and loved it. As soon as I get the lights on it I'll take more pictures.
Personally, I would like to get rid of all the chrome (bumpers). For some reason they didn't offer the Sport pkg. option on the SuperCrew.

Dcadets28,

The link in my signature has closeup pictures of the black textured Outland Sport Bumper Guard I installed on my Blue Screw.

This is an option if you're just interested in protecting your truck in the "URBAN jungle" from non-parkers, as opposed to the woods where an added brushguard sometimes comes in handy.

I had a full brushguard on my Expedition, but it required a lot of maintenance via frequent waxing. Because it was the modular type, it attracted rust like a magnet. Spend the extra bucks and get a welded assembly if you opt for a full coverage brushguard.
