Post downey SST cover?

is this thing decent? is it secure in any way (not really protection obviously but as far as it not getting stolen itself)

how's the look going to be on a black truck? i'd love to get a snuglid but it's like $700 minimum, this is $250...

anyone put one of these on their screw or other truck? any comments?

thanks,
Wes

Pesos - my .02 worth...

if you really like the look of the Snuglid or a hardcover save your cash, cause I expect you won't be happy till you have the hard lid.
I, like you, had a truck once that i wanted to have a smooth lid on. I couldn't afford it at the time and bought a soft cover, and was never happy.
With my new SCrew I >had< to get the hard lid and am verrry happy I did.
Look around, I got my ******** out here for $625, you might find one (probably not a snuglid) that will be closer to your budget. Check out a Leer or a Topdeck.

Like I said, just my opinion...
