Which wheels go on what package???

I also noticed that all the off-road pkg trucks I have seen had directoinal rims. Have them promise in writting to swap them out if they don't come with the wheels you asked for. I think the 10 spoke is an optional wheel with the XLT but not sure what happens once you through in Off road. Did notice the same thing you did though, lots of directionals on off road pkg trucks.

Found out the deal... the 10 spoke has been discontinued for XLTs. The only way to get then is in gold on the King Ranch, or on 2wd Sports, or Expeditions. I'm still after them for my truck coming in. If any of you around the Detroit area want to get rid of some 10 spoke factory rims, get in touch with me!!!

The 10 spokes are cheaper MSRP, $178 with either silver or beige accents...Steel Chrome was $200 ea. Ins. jumped on the better price when they had the chance!

Which wheels go on what package???
I ordered a new 4x4 5.4L XLT screw with the Off Road package. I was told that the 17" 10 spoke aluminum rims come standard with that package. I stopped at the lot again and saw some other ones with that same package all having the 17" directional 5 hole rim that they have been using on the 4x4s other than screws for the past several years. The salesman reassured me that it would have the 10 spokes on it, but it doesn't seem that I can find a single off road package truck with the 10 spokes. Anyone have any info that I should know about on this issue?

Thanks for the info on the ones on ebay! Alos I am looking through the local tire shops that do business through the Ford dealerships in the area. They take in factory wheels, and will sell off the sets, or use them when people get damaged rims. I'm going to start hitting the local salvage yards, maybe I can pick them up here and there. Thanks again!
