Question Gen III rear seats

Guys, I have a beauty Gen II SCrew Lariat. Love the truck. One things I don't like is the rear seat. I hate the fact that it doesn't have headrests. Those of you who have the same problem what are you going to do about it? If I could get that rear seat put in I'd keep the truck for years. It's leased but I would buy it out if I could get the new rear seat.
Any chance of ford updating these seats for safety reasons?
Is there any sort of retro-fit head restraints available that would work on my rear leather bench?

Sorry about all the questions but I really nead advice. I'm up in Canada. Don't get the info that you guys down in the States get!

Hey screwg,

I have had my Gen III Lariat for 2 weeks now, and it is awesome! I have the head rests and sometimes they are a pain. For example, I like to take the dog with me and have to remove them all the time to put the seats down. Then I have to put them back so that the 60 of the 60/40 bench doesn't get all kinked from the seatbelt buckle. I left it down a couple days and when I put it back up there was a major impression in the backrest. Anyone know if you can remove the buckle?
