Never heard of it, what is the HP/TQ gain? Did you dyno it? Have their site link? Did you install it yourself? what is the MFG warranty? Is it available as a kit? Are you sorry you told me? LOL

Thanks-
Laura

Now I am really curious....

Vortech system base kit is $1800.00
gains are 92HP and 95TQ
3 year ltd warranty.

Magna comes in at $4230 (thanks screwball)

guess I gotta do some more research.

In Snow - was field and hill running.
yea... it is breaking in, its got about 700 miles on it.
Could have used a winch, but my floor mat protectors got me out of the jam. after a half hr fight both times... Grrrr

Im not sure the limited slip axle is a good thing... thoughts?? i mean... ok maybe when hauling my horses or something... yea... but..hmm dont think i would select it next time.

I think the limited slip is a good thing for the price.A locking rear diff. would be better for off-roading by far.Every little bit help's when off road. It's a cheap option so what the hell for $285.00 it's ok.I've had this option on all my truck's.GM & Ford's.Don't forget tire's also make a huge difference.I changed mine after 300 mile's.

I was thinking the same thing (tires) but was waiting till I get the new rims, which I havent even decided on yet.. lol so looks like it will be a little while before i get to that.

I guess I probably found the only situation where the limited slip is a problem, when your trying to "rock" the truck out of a rut.

aww heck, it was fun - even when stuck

MOD2FLY,I will post a new topic on rim's & tire's for Supercrew.I am thinking of switching from 17" to 16" but I want to stay with BFG TA/KO's & possibly move up to 285's
from the 265's I have now.BFG KO'S are excellent tire's I've been running them on my truck since the mid 80's.We'll see if this post will generate some pic's for us in the market.
