Post Floor Mats

Just got my Ford slush & mud mats for my screw yesterday. I have a 91 Explorer Eddie Bauer in which the mat tends to slide up enough to hold the gas pedal every once in a while. It scared the crap out of me the first time it happenned, but when it happens now I just calmly reach down and pull it back. If your having the same problem w/the rubber ones in your truck they have a hole punch out in them just like the carpeted ones to slip over the little hook on the floor. You'll have to take out the carpeted ones first. I havn't yet because I havn't had them slide on me . Only reason I started a new string was to answer two questions on the same topic found in two different strings. Researched and found that the Ford mats are $50-$60 cheaper than aftermarket mats. I like them and they are all I need.

Did you order the mats from Ford? I have the Lariat mats and was thinking about just ordering a second set so I would have one set that is in good condition and one to get muddy.. are these mud and slush mats different?

thanks,
