Question Lightning Tail Lights?

Anyone know if the 2001 Lightning tail lights will fit a 2001 Screw? If so, who has the best price for a set?

Yes!!!!

Use shorter screws for the bottom holes. The OEM ones are 1/4" too long.

I just installed my 01L tails this weekend. THEY ARE SAWEET looking!!! And bright too. Getting hyper white 3157 backup bulbs for the reverse lights though.

I have a flareside, should be same for S-crew though.

hi leon,

i got mine on, perfect fit. pics at www.weslazara.com/screw

need to get a side pic, hopefully today. only rear ones so far, the side one didn't come out.

i also ordered the headlights (should be here today) and the corners and 3rd lamp (backordered).

i went with www.fordpartsonline.com

talk to Gary, he's great. Ford is starting to surcharge these parts, but they're still a great deal. around $30/each for tails, $80/each for heads, $40/each for corners and $120 or so for the 3rd lamp

regards,
Wes

Thumbs up

Thanks for the info. Looking into past posts I read something about using different screws for Lightning tail lamps to keep from damaging them. Did you use the original screws or did the new ones come with the appropriate screws?

Also, will I have to remove the bedliner to install the lights?
