The Fold-A-Cover is held in place with two brackets that attach to the bed rails. There's four bolts that hold the cover to the brackets. If you have a socket set on you, it takes roughly 2-3 minutes to remove the cover and place it in the bed. There are little snap tabs that will hold it in the folded position so it's easy to move around.

I got the vanish by agri-cover. It was $330.00 + free shipping. I love it so far. Took less than an hour to install. Check My pictures and tell me what you think

Joining this discussion late but am shocked there's been so little talk of the Bakflip. I've had mine for just over a year and am thrilled with it. Cost was about $635. Installation a snap - paid a guy at my local tire store $50 to do it. Since install I've traveled cross country in pouring rain, hauled my golf cart in the bed and other stuff. The Bakflip folds in four easy sections. If you have a locking tailgate it locks with it to maintain security. It can be removed in less than 10 minutes. You can fold it to open just enough of the bed you need access too or close/open it fully. You can drive - highway speed, with it open and fully folded against the back glass. The soft rubber edge at the back even makes it functional with my Roush spoiler - lays right up against it for a nice seal.

In a pouring rain I've seen minor amounts of moisture inside but very minor. Occasionally when folded up and then closing it, it gets a bit out of line but you can easily shift it left or right to line right back up.

In short, I've been thrilled with it. And now, they make a HD version where the pieces are aluminum instead of plastic. I'd buy one in a minute except mine still looks good as new.
