Need help: Brought in my Supercrew for an oil change, work was done. They called me to the desk and gave me the bill to pay and "we'll get you your keys" Took a while to get the keys, but then I was told to come outside, "I have to show you something". Well, the mechanic backed up my crew into a plow. Nailed the drivers side rear corner of the cab and nailed the running board and chiped the rear door. Now, they said they'll repair it, replace the running board...I payed about 30k for my crew and I don't want body work done to it, not when they caused the damaged..Question I have, is possible for me to have them "buy back" my crew and replace it?

Nope...no way they will buy it back. About the only thing you can do is make absolutely sure the repairs are done 100% to your satisfaction.
