Hi,
I like my Silver SCrew so far even though I have only had it for a few months. My last truck was Toreador Red with Tan and I wanted something different this time. I was thinking of white and my wife thought silver would be different. I use the truck for business travel every day and therefore is dirty most of the time so even though I like the richness of a darker color the silver does not show the dirt.

I don't have any real good pictures but did take some for the Lorider cap and can be seen at:

We did get a lot of snow in December and those pictures are available at:

MN-TRAP has some good pictures on his web page at:

I have the silver with dark graphite. I have gotten alot of positive comments about the color. The dark graphite is almost a taupe (sp?) color in certain light. Not really what I thought it would be. Have only had for three weeks and I like it more all the time. My 2 cents worth.

Personally, I love the silver. I would have gotten silver if you could get a Lariat in silver... but couldnt at that time

I picked up a Silver with blue. Love the Silver first silver truck I have owed, the best part is that in the winter in hides the salt marks. In about 10 years when I get a new truck again, right now I would get another silver.

Cool

Sure, why not? Have you seen one with silver? If you like it , go for it. Are you talking about the "quality" of the color paint, right? Like peeling in the old days? I think nowadays it's not a problem with silver paint anymore.

Cool

I had the silver on my 98 extended cab for 2 years and loved it. It rarely showed dirt and the few scratches that I got were hardly noticable. I went with white this time, but I would have went with silver if that was what was available...
