Congratulations to all of you existing and soon-to-be SCrew owners. I love this truck.

I ordered my SCrew on 12/20/2000 (and put down $$$$ for a deposit). As of 2/2/01, the order is still showing "clean and unscheduled", according to the VOPC. It does not yet have a VIN. I understand production delays, but I have seen several posts on this site from people who have trucks with pending build dates who ordered weeks after me. I would be content just to see my order moving through the system.

Does anyone know of a customer service number I can call to help get my order moving along? This is getting pretty aggravating.

I would have bought a truck off the lot if they had had one with the options I wanted. One of the important considerations for our family was that the back seats have the headrests. These did not appear on the SCrew until some time in Oct 2000. My dealer searched but could not find even a close match to the truck I wanted anywhere in Central/Southern California, so I had to order it.
