VOPC is 1 (800) 962-3746. You'll need the dealer #, on your order form, and the VIN. If you get voice activated, just speak it all in, if you get the punch in system, convert letters to numbers using the following algorithm. First, press the key where the number is located, then the number indicating its position on the first key you hit, for example, "A" is 2 - 1, "N" is 6 - 2.

Here is how my VOPC interaction has gone so far.
First I got clean and unscheduled, next a build date the week of ...
That was interesting because one week it was the week of Jan 29, the next it was Feb 5, than back to Jan 29.
I typically call on Fridays, this past Friday it was build week of Jan 29 but now it also says ETA week of Feb 12.
That is a long answer to the question, I believe the clean in clean and unscheduled refers to the order be good to go, the unscheduled is just what is says.
