If you're a Costco member, you can get a guaranteed no-haggle price through one of their "contracted dealers". Because the deal is run through fleet sales, there's no B.S. involved (at least in my case). Last September, the Costco price for a SuperCrew was $1,000 above invoice. Because I ordered my vehicle instead of taking one off the lot, the price was knocked down an additional $500. You may find a better deal somewhere in the Bay Area, but you won't find one with less hassle in less time.
