Ford Motor Company called today to survey me about my Screw. I told them the only problem I had was the tranny problem where it shudders on upshifting. (The dealer reprogrammed my tranny, and it was better for a while, but it's coming back).

The representative said something to the effect of "yes, I know, you're going to be getting an owners notification about that". He went on to tell me to expect something in the mail shortly concerning my transmission -- and it's related to the vehicle generally, not my problem child.

Have any of you seen this notification? If so, what does it say?
