Question Rear seats in Lariat

I was at the dealer today looking at the Screws. I plan on getting the Lariat package and the salesmen said it wasnt leather on the rear seats. Is this true? Or do these guys dont know what they are talking about.

These guys are idiots and don't know their products. While the back seats of Lariat SuperCabs are vinyl, the rear seats of SuperCrews are leather, at least the rear seats of GenI and II SuperCrews were!

You would think that when selling something greater than $20,000 they would know them inside and out! The guy at the hardware store knows more about a toilet then most salespeople know about a $30,000 truck!

These guys dont know $#*^. Early in the year when they started showing up on the lots I had a guy tell me that you could not get Captains chairs w/ the Lariat package. Another one argued with me for 10 min about the CD player in the center console. None of them can answer the highly technical questions of Striping. The best one was the moron that told me the moon roofs were not available in the XLT version. (Does this mean that if I find an XLT w/ a moon roof I can have the moon roof free.... or do you just get fired?)

I agree! It is unbelievable. $30,+ trucks and they are missing hits right and left. If you want to learn, get advise and real expierence stories, stay w/ this forum. Alot of questions have been answered. We could all be rich as salesman.

Yeah, there was a lot of unknowns there. This is the first time going and having them give me a price with the options I want using the x plan. I test drove one with the new tan leathers seat and they are very sharp. He also said he hasnt seen a XLT with the 10 spoke 17 inch tires and wasnt sure if the SCrew came with them. I knew right then I was talking to the wrong guy. Anyway, the x plan price looks pretty good, lil below invoice. I dont think I'll be buying from these guys.
