I read my owner's book and played around with the dials, but I haven't been able to make the CD player shuffle all the CD's. When I hit "shuffle," it only mixes the songs on one CD. Anyone know how to mix all the CD's on the Ford standard CD player? Thank you.

If I recall correctly, there is no way to shuffle the whole 6 CD deck. I had the same 6-disc changer in my 1997 Explorer and I had the same complaint.

Maybe someone else has the answer. I hope so since I'm getting the 6-Disc changer in my new SCrew. It would be nice for long trips to mix it up a little.

My reading of the owner's manual says no go on the shuffle. You can only shuffle on one CD. The most it'll do is move on to the next CD and shuffle it as well.
