Trenz v. Stull Grill
I can't seem to tell the difference, from the pics at least. I'm interested in more, smaller bars, and think that that's the Trenz. On the other hand, I don't know if there are any other differences between the two? (I also want a nice polished finish). How do you all like them both?
Longtime,
Pardon me for crashing in here, but my Trenz grill has 21 bars from top to bottom. 56's sleek looking Crew looks like it has more. My Ford dealer ordered my grill, I wanted a Stull, but really couldn't tell the diff. It was about $130 from dealer and a total pain in the butt to put on. You have to take the whole front part of the truck off, then my Trenz seemed too big for the grill hole and there was no way to attach it. (No instructions). I drove the truck to the dealer with the front end missing and said, "help, put this thing on here." It only cost $48 to put it on vs. the $220 they quoted me w/o the truck apart.

Longtime,
I counted 20 visiable bars. The digital picture does distort the appearance. (From a distance the grill almost looks solid.) Grill installation is not to bad if you have the honeycomb grill. You do have to take the entire housing out. I had mine done by the guy who painted my bumper cover but after looking at it, if I had had the time I would have done it myself.
I ordered the Trenz grills from Godfathers and paid $139.00 for the main grill and $109.00 for the Lightning Bumper Insert piece. Mine our polished and I know the brushed is a little cheaper.

Hey Tim - Howdy neighbor - I'm right down the road from you (Acworth) - where did you get your front bumper kit? - not the billet grille but the Lightning(?) cover?
