I've had my truck since 9/25 and haven't even received a survey to fill out. When should I expect to get one?

Even after I got my blanket a year ago, I kept posting good things about my truck.

Just recently I got a mattress and box springs in the mail.

 

Bought in July, filled out survey in Sept. Maybe only those who had positive comments about the dealership/salesman get blankets??
Still freezing in the land of ice and snow!
