Anyonee have a hellwig bar on their rear? I just got one but can't see how it fits. right side up or upside down, it still hits the pass side rear shock.

I was just reading the details on this setup in a mag the other day. One of the footnotes said that it would not work with rearward facing passenger shock mount. Is your set up this way? I didn't know they could install it two ways.

Even though I don't have a SC. This is how I mounted it on a F250. I had to mount it upside down. There was too much hoses and cables in the way. I haven't had any problems and no apparent "clunk" sounds like some others have had. I used a impact wrench for the bolts and I recommend use LockTite on the frame bolts. The only thing I had to modify was bending the brake lines about 1" so the "U" bolt would clear.

thanks, jupiterak, but my truck has a shock where yours doesn't.

i figured it out. the bar goes in front of the left shock and behind the right shock. the instructions SUCK!

i'll drive it tomorrow and see how it drives. i also added edelbrock ias shocks yesterday.

So how did it turn out? I hear they tend to make a little noise. How does she handle?
