Thumbs down Noise from Engine/Transmission?

Does anyone have this noise problem?
My truck is a brand new 2001 F150 Super Crew XLT, 5.4L, Automatic, 3.55 Limited, Tow Pkg, 255-70-16 tires, individual captain seats, the manufacture date is 10/4/2000.
"THE NOISE" - It sounds like non-rotated noisy 4WD tires, it comes from the tranny hump area, right side, the noise is always there, but is more audible at some engine speeds, while parked inside the garage at 1500 to 2000 RMPs, driving in 2nd gear at 25 to 30 MPH, 3rd gear at 35 to 50 MPH & 60 MPR, the truck is such a pleasure to drive, the noise is very distracting, the service manager at the Ford dealer said it was nothing serious, that it could be from one of the accesory pulleys ? (it is serious to me!.
Motor Oil - Ford recomends the use of SAE 5W-20 Oil ?
Purchased mine with the x-plan, 4% over A plan, which is about $200 below invoice, this is by far the best way to purchase a vehicle.
