I was over at ebay looking for screw items to use on my truck, and I see that someone has their truck for sale. Another amazon green one, 5.4, 4x4, just like mine - 'cept mine has the beige interior. He is asking 21K.

You are correct. Ford stopped taking orders for amazon green trucks in june. As a result, Az green supercrew's were only produced for about 3 or 4 months. Even during that short time period, amazon green wasnt even in the top 5 color choices, hence an amazon green S'crew is a rare find.

 

hey, i guess i have one of the rare amazon green super crews... i took my super crew into the dealer today, i have the wifes car today,,,, they had a amamzon green demo on the lot,, 2x4 early edition, not much equipt.. it had 4500 miles on it and they had re-installed the sticker in the window to start the haggleing session i guess... a/c problems on my s crew. hope they can find the problem... as you know anything is possible in dealership land....

I would appreciate it if you post the results of your A/C repair. My amazon green crew also as an intermitent problem that I can not seem to get fixed. Of course the highs here are only in the 60s now, so I may just wait until June when it gets warm again to get it fixed.
BTW, your crew is almost just like mine, other than the cab steps, which I have in the garage to intall in a few days.

i will post the results of my trip to DEALERSHIP LAND, where anything is possible. the a/c is intermittant,, suddenly it will start to blow warm ,, and after that it will act perfect for a few days. i hesitated before brining it in ,hoping it was a bad day that would not repeat... i assume they will start with the high pressure switch and use the process of elimination as most dealers do.. after reading the post from oldkoot he persuaded me to take it in. it needed a front end alignment anyway,,it drifted slightly to the right. i'll let you know... did you have any luck when you brought yours to the second dealer?
