Question 20 HP INCREASE IN ALL SUPERCREWS?

I was just wondering with all this talk of the 20 HP increase in the 4.6 for the 2001 engines are all supercrews equiped with this upgrade since they are all 2001s?

All I can tell you is that I own a 2001 Supercrew (4x4) with the 4.6L and the truck runs very strong.

Yes the 5.4L is a bigger motor, but I have never been dissapointed with the Triton 4.6L....this smaller Triton rocks hard!

If you know anything about engines you'll know horse power really is not the key; it is the torque which makes the difference and the 5.4L rules no matter how much the HP figures are pushed up. That difference you feel between the 5.4L and the 4.6L is 90% torque and not HP.
