Post AZ dept of commerce Post Card

Follow me on this. I received a post card in the mail yesterday telling me I needed to submit a reciept from the dealership, for an additional $14.00 to make my down payment 10%
Here's the math. Total cost, incl 9K for conversion $38,024.00 I put down $3,810.00
now they want the down to be $3,824.00
when the 10% required is actually, $3,802.40
I OVERPAID by $8.60, and they tell me I underpaid by $14.00 THIS WORRIES ME
this is the kind of people we are dealing with. I called,DUH, wrote a letter explaining the above and ended with, I hope this oversight on your behalf, does not place me at the back of the line for funding.

Sometimes you have to use TACT, when I actually want to ask WHO's DOING THE MATH DOWN THERE.

But when your buying a new truck for 45 cents on the dollar, what can you expect?
Thank You Jeff Groscost.

I had a similar problem. I received a post card asking for additional model information. I spoke to Jennifer at Az Commerce and she assured me that once the original pre-App is received a file is created, any additional information will be added to that file. Your date should still be the same.
