UPS just dropped off a Supercrew blanket, coffee mug and hat courtesy of Ford. Bought my Screw in July.

Ford just must hate me. They never sent me (even after I asked specifically) the SuperCrew MultiTool promotional give-away. And they have yet to send me the blanket - not that I think the blanket is cool, but it's the principle of the thing(I ordered in March, delivered early June). All I've gotten was a pen along with the customer satisfaction survey. The pen is so crappy that I couldn't even use it to fill out the survey!

The stuff came from Ford. I have bought 4 new Chevy trucks and they never sent anything. Sorry, I can't post a photo. I don't have a digital camera yet. I had filled out a survey and was not real complimentary toward the dealer, maybe thats why they sent the stuff.

 

That's so cool! I hope they are that generous with all of us. It's the least they can do for taking away most of the color choices for the Lariat. Speaking of which, do you have any pictures of your truck you can share?

Is that something that your dealer sends you.

I got my screw in June and still have not received anything. I did get a thank you letter from the dealer with a free bottle of touch-up paint.

Yes I recieved a nice blanket w/ the screw on it and a thank you letter. I guess thats a cool thing. Spend $30,000, get a blanket. I was not happy with my dealer however.

 

Lightguy, how long did it take to get your blanket? My neighbor bought his truck in July and hasn't received anything yet.

Dont worry- the blanket should come to you in about 3 to 3 and 1/2 months after purchase/lease. I know some people that have sent it back. Oh well- the dogs like it!

My dealer gave Ford a wrong address for me. UPS actually tracked me down and found my phone number. They called to ask me where I would like my Ford Package delivered.

That's just great - all I got from Ford was a
letter telling me that my Firestone tires
weren't applicable to the recall - except
that I opted for the 17" upgrade that
includes Goodyears.
