Well, it's hard to say, but it was worth the wait. The truck is great, the arizone beige is a great color. The moonroof noice needs some work, but at least I know what to do. So overall I'm one happy camper. Installed the Lund bug deflector (49.95). Got the rear fog light installed at the dealer, super job!! Advance cover is on it's way (my dealer ordered it for me). Spray in liner will be done next Tuesday (350.00) color matched.

Congrads, Dutchy. Post a pic when you get a chance. I'd really like to see the dealer's foglight install.

Here's mine, but I already took off the stripes...

Just got finished with the truck:

Spray-in liner
Bug deflector
Advance cover
car alarm
side steps

Can't wait to get it to Holland and try to find a parking space for it.

Unhappy

Well I had to depart of our truck today. I dropped it off at Bayonne, NJ and it should arrive in Amsterdam on the 15th of Oct and ready for pickup on the 16th. (talk about a painful experience). It took only 1/2 hour to drop the truck off and 1/2 year to get it, what is wrong with that??
I'm real happy with it, driving it from Salem, IL to Bayonne, NJ was a pleasure, it took 15 hours and I must say it just keeps getting better and better. The gas was about 16 mpg at 75+ mph. I think that back cover really helps with the mpg, and 1582 miles later I just can't wait to drive it more. BTW, when should I change the oil?

Dutchy,

Happy travels with your toy. I've got a good 2 questions for you, though.

If you had to drive your truck to Jersey to get it shipped out, why not have bought it from a Jersey area dealer from the beginning??

Any benefit to buying it in IL??

And of course, remember to post some pictures of the truck in it's new hometown as soon as you can.

Cool

tlister,
I bought the truck from an old Air Force buddy, gave me a sweet deal and helped me with the add-ons. Besides that, I had not seen these close friends for 10 jears and that was worth the drive.
I will get a picture as soon as I can.

Dutchy,

Did you take any pictures of your screw you could post? You may be the only guy in f150online that actually has an arizona beige truck.

Dutchy,

Great truck! I really like the solid Arizona Beige.

I gotta couple of Q's if you don't mind....

1. The bed cover is an Advance brand? Where did you get it and what do they go for $$$. Did you have to drill any holes? Is there a website? (if its not too personal to ask...)

2. What kind of spray bed liner? Did you get a color match? It looks clear in the picture.

Talking

Advance Cover

Removes in about 2 minutes by one person.
cost: +/- 500 dollars.

4 holes to be drilled (where the cover flips open (small holes).

The spray-in liner is color matched.
