Question Plastic Molding on bed

Does to plastic molding come off, and will it screw up the top in any way? How are they attached, will it leave holes in te top?

Thanks,

Rick

Heard that they are attached with plastic rivets. once you pull them off they will not fit as well as from factory.

I love that plastic rail guard! I (accidentally) slam stuff against it all the time, and it holds up great. Its saved me some headaches - especially since the actual bedrail is not made of steel.
