OOPS! I mean VOPC. I'm trying to keep my sanity but Gee whiz guys and gals-- I put all my info into the VOPC as required and it tells me "nothing can be found on this information. So please someone tell me how do I acess the "CONCEPT system via the INTRANET! Please I know someone out there knows. My dealer says all the numbers he gave me are correct and he ordered. You may wish to recheck your input data (dealer code, order #, etc). I never got that message--always "build scheduled week of xxx" or "clean and unscheduled" Never had "nothing can be found. Are you sure your order was really entered?

Also, have no info on internet "concepts". Good luck if you find something, but probably more secure of a system and likely to be locked down to dealers only. Good luck.

I think your stressing your self way out. I see you ordered 9/3, so the paper work probably was sent by Wed. You'll probably start to hear something next Wed. or Thur.
I ordered back at the begining of March, and it came about 10 weeks later.
Boy if you're this stressed after 6 days, I think your going to be a wreck by the time it arrives;-)

Don't get nervous, I've gotten the same message at times only to call the next day and the info was available. It's probably nothing more than the system being down for some kind of maintenance.

"Concepts" is the internal system only available to Ford Dealers. It's the computer they entered your order on.

Also take into account your order is only a week old right now. It generally takes about 3-4 weeks right now to get a serial number at the current rate they're producing and shipping trucks.

Additional rambling:
My dealership's been complaining alot about a lack of stock trickling in for the new year. They've got people coming in and nothing to sell. More orders right now than floor sales.
