Anyone install/plan a Snow plow?
it says it in the subject.. Anybody plan or did already install a snowplow? Can you fit a snowmobile in the bed without too much machine hanging out?

A standard track snowmobile is approx 9.5 feet ski tip to snow flap. With a 5.5 ft bed there is quite a bit hanging over. It is not 9.5 feet to the back edge of the track, so you gain some, but the bed is short on a Screw. I can haul a sled in my sc with the 6.5 foot bed.
You can get a snow plow prep package on the standard f150, I think they are available on the Screw as well. Ask your dealer, or maybe someone here knows. I would not plow a lot with a f150 though....it takes a lot out of a truck if you plow a lot. For lots of plowing Id get a 250sd minimum.

I wasn't planning on installing a snow plow this year. It's been a tad warm for snow.
