Skid Plates...how many on the SuperCrew?

Skid Plates...how many on the SuperCrew?
Would someone who bought their 'Crew with skidplates already attached please tell me how many there are and what's covered? Areas that come to mind are oil pan, transmission, transfer case and gas tank.
I need to order them for my truck, but I don't trust the parts person to know if he's showing them all on his parts list or not.

I believe there are three:
Front Crossmember
Transfer Case
Fuel Tank
The SuperCrew's skid plate option is equivalent to what comes with the "Off Road Package" on the regular and SuperCab trucks. The plain skidplate option on those vehicles leaves off the crossmember skidplate.
