First Problem
I startd the truck last night and heard a clicking sound. Almost like a fan blade hitting something. I opened the hood and found the noise coming from the right valve cover. I took the truck to the dealer this morning and the service advisor was very concerned that it was a "big" problem. He did not have an engine mechanic on duty today so the truck will have to sit until Monday before they can even pull the valve cover and determine the extent of the problem. "Realistically, it probably will not be fixed until Friday"
Hoping for a quick resolution.

Update:
The dealer puller the valve cover and found that a baffel that prevents oil from entering the PCV valve had come off the cover. No serius damage had been caused. It is going to take most of the week for Ford to ship the part from Detroit to Santa Barbara. Why they don't use FedX is anybodies guess.
