The deep wedgewood blue is nice, but what I really wanted was the medium wedgewood - but I guess Ford says no on the SC. I was sold on the deep WW blue, though, until I saw it outside in the bright sunlight. There it looks almost purple - NOT for me.

I just picked up my solid wedgewood blue SC and its a Great Looking Truck especially with the 10 spoke alum wheels. Took it over my fishing buddies and they are drooling.

SHOCMAN, having ordered this truck site unseen i must admit i've been beside myself with my color choice. especially when i heard it looks purple in the sunlight. UNTIL IT ARRIVED! paired with the dark graphite interior it looks GREAT! i love the variation and the 10 spoke rims sets it off.

yes, it looks purple in the direct sunlight. even looks black at night. in the end, whether blue, purple or black, every combination looks TERRIFIC! hope the pic puts some fellow wedgewood blue hopefuls at ease.

Thumbs up

USAF K9,
Thanx for the picture, looks great to me. The photo was a great sight considering i am expecting delivery end of this week and i have yet to see a deepwedgewood supercrew on any of the ford lots!!!
The color looks really sharp and i'm glad i ordered it, it was either blue with the lariat or go for an xlt with toreador red.
Glad i chose blue/lariat and good luck with your truck!!!

USAF K9 Thanks for posting the Wedgewood. I ordered LAST FRIDAY and thought I had settled on GOLD. Wanted to, but have never seen the Wedgewood. So of course I had to call dealer yesterday and change the color!

The width is same but bed is only 5 1/2 feet long...you lose 18", BUT you gain it in the cab! For many people, we'd rather have the cab space. Bed Extender option helps carry longer loads.

fast46triton,

A short bed SuperCab is 6'6". A SuperCrew is 5'6". So you only loose 12" of bed space. The tailgate opening is narrower at 49".
When you look at the bed of a SuperCrew, it looks shorter than 5'6". As EvilleSuperCrew said, the bed extender can help make up the difference. With the bed extender, you can carry something 7'5" long, which is 11" longer than a SuperCab.

Do you loose much bed space with the supercrew? Ive been deciding on one, but Im still deciding on the looks and bed space.
