Talking I FINALLY got a build date!!!

Yeeeeehaaawwww!!! The auto broker called today and told me that my truck was assigned a built date of 4/24, with an ETA at her facilities of 5/10 - 5/15. I sent in my Montana black bear application today, so it looks like my trip to pick up the SuperCrew and go bear hunting is on!

I'll be counting the days...then counting again (like Docker) when I fly home and wait for the barge to get here (slow boat to Hawaii).

Silver metallic SuperCrew XLT 4x4, w/ 5.4L V8, 3.55 Lim slip, skid plates, towing pkg., sliding rear window, 6 CD changer, bed extender, Warn Transformer brush guard & 9000# front mounted winch, 6000# removable rear winch, Clineline custom diamond-plate aluminum dog/tool box, Line-X spray on lining... $28,700 including shipping to Hawaii, plus a few $$$ more for the aftermarket stuff.

Soon my English setter bir'-dawgs eez gunnah rhyde een style!

Doesn't it feel good. Progress at last. There still aren't many out here yet and even with your Montana trip you'll still be one of the first on Kauai. It's a great truck and worth the wait!! You can check the progress on the VOPC line and later when you ship it on the Matson internet site.

Docker,

You sure are lucky to have already gotten yours! I didn't see any SuperCrews when I was in Honolulu yesterday (flew in for a meeting.

Rick,

I know how you feel!!! I'll get to drive mine when I fly to Oregon to pick it up (and stay for a week long vacation), but then I'll have to wait AGAIN when I have it shipped home to Hawaii. Grrr...

Setter Man, do you still need that info on bed dimensions for your "dawg boxes"? I can't find your e-mail address, your original mail went to Lisa I think... Anyway she is at school tonight but I will send you the info I have when she gets home.
