Extended Warranty on SuperCrew

Extended Warranty on SuperCrew
How much is the extended warranty for a SCrew? Is the price negotiable? Is is worth it if you only put 8000-10,000 miles a year on the truck? I'm seeing all sorts of horror stories in other forums on the 5.4L (piston slap & oil leaks in the heads), and don't know if Ford has sorted those problems out yet.

I had to option of purchasing when I did my order. Would have cost 800 for I think 7/70,000. Opted not to since military car sales adds 14,000 miles (36/50,000) to the basic warranty.
Was informed at the time I could purchase the extended warranty right up until delivery.
Can you get 2 bed extenders on your truck? I'm locked in. Want one.

I am very interested in hearing what people have been offered as well.
My dealer offered 6 year 75,000 $100 deductable for $1100
and 6year 60,000 $100 for $820.
I told him to forget it. Has anybody gotten a reasonable quote?
