I read a magazine article today that mentioned the Crew as having rear air and audio controls for the rear passengers. Does anyone have any information on this option?

 

NOT TRUE! Neither is standard or optional. This has come up before but is rumor not fact.

FYI! My dealer fleet manager informed me a couple of days ago that all two-tone supercrews were on hold. He changed several of his orders to montone to avoid delay.

However, it does have floor heater vents for the rear passengers under the front seats.

 

The article I read was in truck trend, and was wrong - there are no rear radio controls, unless they are going to be part of the entertainment system. If you want the entertainment system, you can't get a moon roof and you have to get the captains chairs.

Thanks for the info. Did you see the SuperCrew thread "temporary delays"? The posts are inconclusive. Some dealers are getting SCs with two tone paint, moonroofs. Others are being told it's causing the delay. Who you gonna trust?

The delay can't be due to only the moonroof, since mine is on delay and I didn't order the moonroof (but I did order the two-tone paint). Furthermore, these are taking over a month in some cases to deliver, so the delay may have only occurred recently. In any case, they won't be here quick enough - can't wait to get it!
