Cool Delivery Time

To those of you who are lucky enough to already have your SuperCrew, could you post your order date, build date and delivery date?
My order went in 2/11. The dealer confirmed that the truck was being built & had a vin# for it on 2/29, but no ETA for delivery.

2001 SuperCrew, 4x4 Lariat, Blue/silver, 5.4L Auto Leather, Moon roof, everything but the TV (Ordered 2/11/00)

Supercrew-

I ordered mine on 1 Feb and also was given the Vin #. BUT, no new info in about two weeks since I got the vin. He said he would let me know the build date, and the delivery schedule. I posted at some point loking for other's experience regarding getting a Vin and how long after a ETA for pickup. Don't think I had a time given or response.

Funny, was set to order EXACT truck you did, BUT wife not big on the blue so I went with gree/tan. Just saw the Blue on the S-Crew Sunday, VERY sharp. BTW- Think I am going with a cover someone mentioed under another topic. A solid Leaxan top that rolls to the front. Nifty set up. Let us know when you get a date.

Thumbs up

F150SuperCrew,
Thanks for the post. Now, we'll see who gets their truck first. Green/gold will look very good. I saw the first SC at the dealer on Monday-white 5.4l lariat. Fit & Finish looked very good. Will go back on Saturday for test drive. BTW, I have Blue car trailer, so had to go with blue. Otherwise probably would have ordered Silver or Harvest Gold. They don't show the dirt as fast.
Tell me more about the lexan bedcover! Where to see, how much $, what colors, etc?

SuperCrew/F150 Supercrew:
My dealer had his first 2 trucks built around Jan 22-23. The first one arrived Feb 25, the second March 1. We're in Ontario Canada, between Detroit and Toronto. The trucks are shipped by rail to Windsor, then a 2-1/2 hour truck ride here.
I ordered mine on Feb/26, and my dealer figures it will be built in 3 weeks if all goes well. He's allocated one to be built next week for stock, then none the week after. The following week he's allocated another, and that will be mine. We're going with the green/tan combination, although the Chestnut/tan looks sharp too. This is my first pickup, and I'd like to get the roll top if available in Canada, but I'm wondering if they leak? Any info would be appreciated.

Supercrew/waltesa

I got a build date today, 13 March. Ordered on 1 Feb. He said standard for East Coast is 3 weeks after the build date expect delivery.

The cover is made by a company in, I beleive North Dakota. (info is at work, will get # posted Monday). The cover is similar to a rolltop or pace edwards, except it is a solid sheet that rolls into the canister. No drain holes drilled and it clamps on. The units can be customized for most if not all bed shapes. Covers are semi gloss black and have substantial weather stripping around the edge to keep out water. Rolls on bearings NOT spring loaded like others. Looks sweet. Very helpful sales/tech person. They will send you a brochure. Price (not sure how firm) is 899 inc shipping/tax.
