What's the name of this interior piece I'm looking for?

In the middle of running some audio wiring down the driver side of my truck, I broke off the bottom of the plastic floor molding in between the front/rear driver side doors, so there's a giant hole in the floor of my truck. This plastic piece is the piece that goes all the way up to the roof and has the seatbelt attached to it. Sorry if I'm vague, I'll get some pictures when I get back to the house. Also, before I start hunting around junkyards, anybody know of any good sites for cheap oem interior pieces? Thanks.

I do believe that is a B pillar trim piece (Driver's side obviously, lol). I think It goes A,B,C, etc from front to back.

Ok, so the very front pieces by the windshield are A-Pillars, the middle ones are B-Pillars, and the rear ones by the rear window are C-Pillars? What are some good sites that have a selection of OEM interior trim pieces? I'm only able to find one on ebay, and it's a passenger side B-Pillar for an 01 expedition.

There's an expy out at the wrecking yard local to me with a tan one. You do have tan interior right? Any idea if the Screw and Expy share B pillar trim?

LMK if you want me to investigate grabbing it up for you
